As a night shift intern, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our operational excellence during the off-hours. You will work closely with our remote support team to ensure our clients receive top-tier service around the clock.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to incoming customer inquiries and support tickets via email and live chat during night hours.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date digital records in our CRM system.
- Conduct routine system checks and ensure all nightly operational protocols are followed.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of daily reports for the morning shift handover.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a high school, college, or university program (students welcome).
- Must be available to work a consistent night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong written communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and internet navigation.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable internet connection required for remote support tasks.
