Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to incoming support tickets and inquiries with speed and accuracy.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and basic resolution for hardware and software issues.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless continuity of operations.
- Document solutions and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Assist in the testing and deployment of new software updates and patches.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Graduate degree program (Students Welcome).
- Availability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic operating systems.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
