- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of daily tasks and shift logs.
- Ensure strict adherence to security protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program in IT, Business, or a related field.
- Availability to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM) on a full-time basis.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during the shift.
- Previous internship or part-time experience is a plus but not required.
