Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze daily operational data logs during the night shift hours.
- Assist in maintaining accurate digital records and customer databases.
- Communicate effectively with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow transition.
- Perform routine quality assurance checks on assigned projects and reports.
- Support the technical department with basic troubleshooting and software navigation.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in High School or pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
