Responsibilities
- Monitor System Operations: Observe and report on nightly system performance and stability metrics.
- Customer Support: Assist evening clients via phone and email with inquiries and technical troubleshooting.
- Data Management: Accurately update and maintain customer databases and records during off-peak hours.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and escalate critical issues to the senior night shift lead promptly.
- Process Improvement: Assist in documenting workflows to enhance night shift efficiency.

Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in an Associate's or Bachelor's degree program (Junior or Senior status preferred).
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM).
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer operations.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
