Your Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the night operations team in monitoring and analyzing daily performance metrics and data trends.
- Conduct keyword research and content auditing to support our SEO initiatives.
- Provide exceptional customer support and resolve inquiries during off-peak hours.
- Update and maintain internal databases and customer records with high accuracy.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Participate in weekly training sessions and team meetings to enhance technical skills.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors in data or content.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote or hybrid setting.
