Responsibilities
- Support critical overnight system monitoring and maintenance across technology platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data analysis and reporting projects
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during off-peak hours
- Document processes and create technical documentation for future reference
- Participate in agile sprint planning and stand-up meetings during night shift cycles
- Contribute to innovation workshops focused on process improvement
- Complete weekly progress reports and academic deliverables for college credit
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university program
- Availability to work 3-4 nights per week (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain focus during overnight shifts
- Must be eligible to receive academic credit for the internship
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure or related field preferred
