Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry and verification tasks with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Review and process incoming documents, invoices, and digital records during night operations.

- Identify discrepancies in data and report findings to the senior operations manager.
- Assist in the preparation of daily and weekly operational reports.
- Adhere to company security protocols and confidentiality agreements at all times.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program (sophomore, junior, or senior status preferred).
- Must be eligible to receive college credit for this internship.
- Strong typing speed (minimum 45 WPM) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Availability to work 3rd shift (Evening/Night) on a consistent schedule.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute to the Charlotte, NC office.
