Role Overview:
In this role, you will assist our night operations team in maintaining system integrity, processing data, and supporting technical infrastructure. You will work closely with senior engineers to learn best practices in IT support and database management.
Responsibilities
- Monitor server systems and network performance during night shifts to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Perform routine data entry, cleaning, and validation tasks for client databases.
- Assist in troubleshooting basic hardware and software issues reported by the night support team.
- Document technical procedures and update internal knowledge bases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve overnight incidents and service requests.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety and security protocols.
- Conduct preliminary security audits and report anomalies to senior management.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking concepts.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (required for night shift).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night hours.
- Basic knowledge of Python or SQL is a plus but not required.
