Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze system performance metrics during the night shift to ensure optimal uptime.
- Assist in the data entry and verification processes for daily operational reports.
- Respond to customer inquiries and technical support tickets via chat and email during off-hours.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to transfer critical project knowledge and documentation.
- Perform routine quality assurance checks on internal software tools.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to foster a productive remote or hybrid environment.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or Certificate program in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Must be available to work a consistent night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
