Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry and verification tasks with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Monitor and analyze incoming data streams during night operations.
- Assist in the resolution of customer inquiries and support tickets via phone and email.
- Generate and maintain daily reports for the night shift supervisor.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and compliance standards.
- Identify and document potential process improvements within the data workflow.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associateās or Bachelorās degree program (College Credit required).
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM or similar).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic understanding of data management principles is a plus.
