Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot server infrastructure and network systems during night hours to ensure maximum uptime.
- Conduct routine data backups and security patch installations on the evening shift.
- Assist the technical support team with escalating tickets and resolving basic hardware/software issues.
- Analyze nightly system logs to identify trends and report anomalies to the engineering team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document technical processes and standard operating procedures.
- Perform software testing and quality assurance tasks for upcoming product releases.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 11 PM - 7 AM).
- Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and basic networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
