Responsibilities
- Assist with Data Management: Accurately input and verify data into our central databases and CRM systems.
- Monitor Operations: Oversee key operational metrics and systems during the night shift to ensure continuity.
- Support the Team: Collaborate with the day shift staff to hand over critical information and ensure seamless transitions.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct routine quality checks on tasks to maintain high standards of accuracy.
- Customer Support: Handle incoming inquiries and support tickets during off-peak hours.
- Report Generation: Compile and generate basic reports on daily performance metrics.
- Process Improvement: Identify and document potential workflow improvements.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Work Ethic: Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Team Player: Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Location: Must reside in or willing to commute to Detroit, MI.
