Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain critical IT infrastructure during night shifts
- Resolve system outages and security incidents with real-time troubleshooting
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with global teams on cross-functional projects
- Execute automated testing scripts and deployment pipelines
- Participate in weekly sprint reviews and retrospectives
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Linux/Windows systems and networking fundamentals
- Experience with Python, Bash, or scripting languages preferred
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Available for 20-30 hours/week during summer/fall semester
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification a plus
