Responsibilities
- Support night-time logistics operations and data collection for metropolitan infrastructure projects
- Analyze transportation flow patterns using GIS software and Excel datasets
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize service delivery metrics
- Document operational findings and prepare daily progress reports for stakeholders
- Assist in implementing emergency response protocols during overnight shifts
- Participate in weekly strategy sessions with department leadership
- Maintain compliance with federal transportation safety regulations
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university program (all majors welcome)
- Availability to work 3-4 night shifts per week (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently in dynamic environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of data visualization tools preferred
