Responsibilities
- Provide remote IT support and troubleshooting for enterprise systems during overnight shifts
- Monitor network security protocols and respond to alerts in real-time
- Document technical issues and solutions using our ticketing system
- Collaborate with global teams on system maintenance and updates
- Participate in cross-departmental projects to enhance operational efficiency
- Complete assigned training modules to develop technical competencies
- Adhere to all company security policies and compliance standards
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university program
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux) and networking concepts
