As a Night Shift Intern, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our 24/7 operational excellence. Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot technical systems and software applications during evening hours.
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries and technical support tickets efficiently.
- Document daily operations, incidents, and resolutions in the internal knowledge base.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and team leads to optimize night-shift workflows.
- Participate in weekly training sessions and development workshops to enhance technical skills.
- Ensure data accuracy and maintain strict confidentiality of company information.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program (College Credit available).
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM or 11 PM - 7 AM).
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; GPA of 2.5 or higher preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night operations.
