Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain internal systems and databases during off-peak hours.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to remote teams.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on ongoing projects to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in data entry and reporting tasks to ensure 100% data integrity.
- Communicate effectively with shift leads regarding overnight updates and issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve overnight technical issues.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a high school or associate degree program.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong typing skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
