Responsibilities
- Monitor System Performance: Track server health and network traffic during night shifts to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Data Analysis: Review nightly logs and generate performance reports to identify trends and potential issues.
- Troubleshooting Support: Assist internal teams with technical inquiries and resolve software bugs that arise during off-peak hours.
- Database Maintenance: Perform routine backups, updates, and entry of data into our CRM systems.
- Security Oversight: Conduct basic security checks and patch management tasks to protect company assets.
- Documentation: Update internal wikis and runbooks to ensure knowledge transfer across the night shift team.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program with a minimum of 2.5 GPA.
- Credit Eligibility: Must be eligible to receive college credit for internship work (HR will verify documentation).
- Schedule: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Tech Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with computer hardware/software.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to the Nashville office.
