Responsibilities
- Execute nightly system maintenance, monitoring, and automated reporting tasks.
- Assist the development and QA teams with code reviews and debugging during off-peak hours.
- Perform data validation, entry, and analysis to ensure database integrity.
- Conduct quality assurance tests on software releases and internal tools.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and operational procedures in the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical roadblocks.
- Provide basic technical support to internal staff via ticketing systems.
Qualifications
- Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program (College Credit required).
- Minimum GPA of 2.5 or higher preferred.
- Familiarity with basic programming concepts, web technologies, or IT support principles.
- Ability to work independently and self-manage effectively during night shifts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
- Reliable internet connection and transportation (local commute).
