Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and processing for incoming nightly orders and inquiries.
- Maintain and update client databases with high precision and attention to detail.
- Assist in generating nightly operational reports and analytics.
- Coordinate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow and handovers.
- Monitor system alerts and respond to basic technical support tickets.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on documentation and software functionality.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior).
- Graduating seniors are highly encouraged to apply.
- Availability to work 3-4 nights per week (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
