Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot system alerts and technical issues during night operations.
- Process and verify incoming data entries with a high degree of accuracy.
- Assist the team in maintaining comprehensive digital logs and documentation.
- Conduct routine system checks to ensure uptime and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve overnight operational challenges.
- Learn and apply industry-standard software tools and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Students Welcome).
- Must be available to work 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM (Night Shift schedule).
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional time management skills.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing priorities.
