Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 IT support to remote employees during night shift hours
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware/software issues
- Assist with network security protocols and vulnerability assessments
- Document incident reports and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with global IT teams on system updates and deployments
- Participate in cross-functional projects involving cloud migration
- Conduct routine system backups and disaster recovery drills
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic understanding of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Available to work 4 night shifts per week (11 PM - 7 AM)
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) a plus
