What You Will Do
- Monitor and troubleshoot internal systems and client servers during overnight hours.
- Respond to helpdesk tickets and customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
- Perform routine system backups, security checks, and data integrity validation.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our centralized knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operational handovers.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field.
- Availability to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a rotational schedule.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Mac), and networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
