Responsibilities
- System Monitoring: Continuously monitor network traffic, server logs, and system performance during off-peak hours to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Data Entry & Analysis: Process and verify large datasets accurately, identifying trends or anomalies that require attention.
- Ticket Resolution: Assist the support team by triaging incoming technical tickets and resolving basic software or hardware issues.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed logs of overnight activities and technical interventions for the day shift handover.
- Security Compliance: Adhere to strict security protocols and data privacy standards during all operational activities.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to coordinate priorities and solve complex problems.
Qualifications
- Schedule Flexibility: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM β 6:00 AM) on a consistent basis.
- Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field; High School Diploma with equivalent experience also accepted.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating Windows environments and using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail with the ability to spot errors in data or processes quickly.
- Communication Skills: Ability to write clear, professional emails and communicate technical concepts to non-technical staff.
