Responsibilities
- Support 24/7 operations through scheduled night shift coverage (10 PM - 6 AM)

- Participate in sprint reviews and contribute to agile workflows
- Conduct quality assurance testing for software deployments
- Shadow senior engineers during critical system updates
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university program
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 (or equivalent academic standing)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation to/from the downtown Nashville facility
