Responsibilities
- Monitor Systems: Perform routine checks on our internal software and reporting tools to ensure data integrity and system stability during off-hours.
- Customer Support: Assist remote clients and team members with technical inquiries via chat and email during the evening shift.
- Data Entry & Analysis: Accurately input and process incoming data, ensuring all records are up-to-date and compliant with company standards.
- Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels for office supplies and equipment, coordinating with vendors for timely replenishment.
- Shift Reporting: Maintain detailed logs of daily activities and report any technical issues or anomalies to the senior management team immediately.
- Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the day-shift team to ensure a seamless handover of tasks and information.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Availability: Must be available to work a consistent night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Reliability: Demonstrated history of punctuality and time management skills.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and general computer literacy.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups.
- Enthusiasm: A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new processes quickly.
