Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain internal systems and software applications during the night shift to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Respond to technical support tickets and resolve routine issues escalated from the day team.
- Document nightly logs, system updates, and incident reports in our knowledge base.
- Conduct routine security checks and data backups to protect company assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex problems and implement evening maintenance procedures.

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled or recently graduated (within 12 months) with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Availability to work a consistent night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
- Basic understanding of networking, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and database fundamentals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
