Responsibilities
- Support cross-functional teams during overnight operations, ensuring seamless workflow continuity
- Analyze and optimize data pipelines using Python and SQL for real-time decision-making
- Collaborate with senior mentors on high-impact projects including market research and process automation
- Document operational protocols and contribute to knowledge base development
- Monitor system performance and escalate critical issues during off-peak hours
- Participate in weekly virtual strategy sessions with global teams across time zones
- Present findings and recommendations to department leadership through monthly progress reports
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in bachelor's program (Business, IT, Data Science, or related field)
- Minimum 3.2 GPA or equivalent academic standing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Available to work 20-25 hours weekly on night shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with project management software (Asana, Jira) preferred
