Responsibilities
- Support 24/7 operations through dedicated night shift coverage (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Assist with system monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident response
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on development and testing cycles
- Document processes, maintain technical documentation, and update wikis
- Participate in sprint reviews and agile ceremonies during daytime handoffs
- Contribute to automation scripts and operational efficiency improvements
- Shadow senior engineers during critical system deployments
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Available to work 3+ night shifts per week (minimum 20 hours)
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or SQL fundamentals
- Experience with Linux/Unix command line and basic networking concepts
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
- Valid US work authorization required
