Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain internal server systems and databases during off-peak hours.
- Assist in the processing and analysis of nightly data feeds and reporting.
- Perform quality assurance testing on software releases and internal tools.
- Document technical issues, bugs, and resolutions in our knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the senior engineering team via chat and email to resolve urgent tickets.
- Conduct routine system health checks and generate operational reports.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program in IT, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Mandatory Requirement: Must be available to work 3rd shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote/hybrid setting.
