Responsibilities
- Assist the software engineering team in designing, testing, and debugging code during off-peak hours.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues in a 24/7 operational environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and improve user experience.
- Maintain and update technical documentation and software repositories.
- Analyze data and generate reports to support night shift operations and strategy.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and code reviews with the technical team.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) on a consistent basis.
- Strong understanding of basic programming concepts (Python, Java, or C#).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace are required.
