Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot internal software applications and databases during night operations.
- Assist in data entry, verification, and maintenance of digital records with high accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders via chat and email during overlapping hours.
- Perform routine quality assurance checks on outgoing communications and technical reports.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the company knowledge base.
- Support the night operations lead with ad-hoc projects and reporting tasks.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Freshman to Senior year).
- Must be able to commit to a Night Shift schedule (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM or 11 PM - 7 AM).
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain high data accuracy standards.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
