Responsibilities
- System Monitoring: Oversee system performance and alert management during night shifts to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by internal teams or clients.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of system activities, incidents, and resolutions.
- Support: Assist senior engineers with data analysis and basic maintenance tasks.
- Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams during overlapping hours to ensure seamless workflow.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a rotating schedule.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of networking, operating systems, and database concepts.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent written communication.
- Reliability: A track record of punctuality and professional demeanor.
