Responsibilities
- Support 24/7 operations during night shifts, ensuring system uptime and resolving technical issues
- Assist in software testing, debugging, and documentation for enterprise applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement feature enhancements and security patches
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and propose optimization strategies
- Participate in agile ceremonies (sprints, stand-ups) and contribute to sprint planning

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field)
- Available for night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) and flexible start dates (June-October 2024)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data analysis tools
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote/hybrid environment
