Role Overview
As a Night Shift Intern, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our system integrity during peak off-peak hours. You will gain exposure to our core business operations while contributing to our mission of delivering excellence around the clock.
Responsibilities
- Monitor Systems: Track server performance and network traffic logs to ensure 99.9% uptime during the night shift.
- Data Entry & Analysis: Assist the operations team in processing nightly data batches and generating performance reports.
- Customer Support: Handle incoming inquiries via email and ticketing systems during evening hours.
- Documentation: Update technical logs and standard operating procedures (SOPs) based on night shift observations.
- Collaboration: Communicate daily findings to the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Security Audits: Perform basic security checks and report anomalies to senior management.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (High school diploma with relevant experience accepted for exceptional candidates).
- Availability: Must be available to work 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Pacific Time).
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of operating systems, networking concepts, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
