What You Will Do:
- Monitor and troubleshoot server performance and network infrastructure during off-peak hours.
- Respond to and resolve incoming support tickets and technical inquiries with high accuracy.
- Document system configurations, incident reports, and technical procedures.
- Collaborate with the day-shift engineering team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Perform routine system backups, security patches, and software updates.
- Assist in QA testing for new software releases and report critical bugs.

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and web technologies.
- Must be available to work a consistent night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Willingness to learn new tools and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
