Responsibilities
- Monitor server performance and network security during night shifts to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Perform high-volume data entry, analysis, and verification of customer records with high accuracy.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to remote clients via chat and email.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to document bugs, issues, and process improvements.
- Conduct routine system backups and maintenance tasks as assigned by the Lead Engineer.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all company safety and compliance protocols.
- Assist in the creation of night-shift operational reports and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Must have at least a 3.0 GPA to be eligible for college credit.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Availability to work a consistent Night Shift schedule (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) is mandatory.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively with minimal supervision.
