Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and troubleshoot technical systems and network infrastructure during night hours.
- Perform routine data entry, analysis, and maintenance of databases to ensure accuracy.
- Assist the senior engineering team in identifying bottlenecks and optimizing workflow processes.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our internal knowledge base.
- Communicate effectively with the day-shift team via chat and email to transfer critical information.
- Ensure strict adherence to cybersecurity protocols and data privacy standards.

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and database management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
