Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure during night shift hours
- Debug and resolve technical issues across production systems
- Collaborate with global teams on 24/7 support operations
- Document technical processes and create knowledge base articles
- Participate in sprint planning and code review sessions
- Automate workflows using Python and shell scripting
- Contribute to DevOps pipeline optimization projects
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science or related degree program
- Basic proficiency in Linux/Unix command line operations
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
