Responsibilities
- Monitor system alerts and troubleshoot basic technical issues for internal clients.
- Perform data entry, verification, and processing tasks with high accuracy.
- Update and maintain digital records and documentation in compliance with company standards.
- Communicate effectively with day-shift teams via chat or email to resolve urgent matters.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and suggest process improvements.
- Assist in the deployment of software patches and hardware maintenance during the night cycle.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and network connectivity.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts simply.
- Must be available to work a consistent night shift schedule (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- High level of reliability, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software or ticketing systems is a plus but not required.
