Responsibilities
- Support data analysis and reporting during night shift operations
- Assist with quality assurance testing for digital products
- Document technical processes and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams via digital tools
- Monitor system performance and report anomalies
- Participate in sprint planning and retrospectives
- Complete assigned training modules and skill assessments
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university program
- Availability to work 3-4 night shifts weekly (32+ hours)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in remote settings
