Responsibilities
- Support 24/7 IT infrastructure monitoring and incident resolution during night shifts
- Collaborate with global teams on software testing and quality assurance cycles
- Document system performance metrics and create optimization reports
- Assist in cybersecurity vulnerability scans and protocol implementation
- Participate in cross-functional sprint retrospectives and process improvements
- Maintain accurate ticket logs and communication logs for shift handovers
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, Engineering, or related program
- Availability for 3-4 night shifts per week (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic knowledge of Linux/Windows systems and networking fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in fast-paced environments
