Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance, alerts, and logs to ensure 99.9% uptime and stability.
- Perform routine maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting for internal hardware and software.
- Assist the IT Support team in resolving escalated tickets and user issues during the night shift.
- Update and maintain technical documentation and inventory logs accurately.
- Conduct security checks and ensure strict compliance with company protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical bottlenecks efficiently.
- Test new software deployments in a controlled environment.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic scripting languages (Python or PowerShell preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
