Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze real-time data streams to identify trends and anomalies.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to internal stakeholders.
- Perform quality assurance testing on software platforms during off-peak hours.
- Update and maintain internal databases with high accuracy.
- Assist in the creation of nightly operational reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve night-shift bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate's or Bachelor's degree program (IT, Business, or Communications preferred).
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic understanding of customer service principles.
