Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for enterprise clients via phone, chat, and remote access
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure during overnight operations
- Document incident reports and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with global teams to resolve cross-platform issues
- Participate in system upgrades and maintenance windows
- Test and deploy new software patches in controlled environments
- Contribute to continuous improvement of support protocols
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, IT, or related program
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Previous customer service or helpdesk experience a plus
