Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain internal systems and databases during night operations.
- Assist in data entry, validation, and report generation to ensure accuracy.
- Respond to incoming support tickets and customer inquiries via chat and email.
- Conduct routine system checks and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to document processes and hand over critical tasks.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Must be available to work a Night Shift schedule (typically 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
