Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain enterprise network systems during night operations
- Assist with cybersecurity threat detection and incident response protocols
- Support cloud infrastructure management (AWS/Azure) and virtual environments
- Document IT procedures and create technical documentation for knowledge base
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system optimization projects
- Perform hardware/software installations and troubleshooting for on-site equipment
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation for critical system escalations
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows Server, Linux) and virtualization
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (not required)
- Available to work 40 hours/week on night shift schedule
