Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain server/network infrastructure during night shifts
- Troubleshoot system outages and security incidents using SIEM tools
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with global teams on cloud migration projects (AWS/Azure)
- Perform system patching, backups, and vulnerability assessments
- Support end-users via remote ticketing systems
- Participate in agile sprint reviews and retrospectives
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS) and operating systems
- Experience with Linux/Windows command-line interfaces
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written communication skills for documentation
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification a plus
