Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain server systems during night operations (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues for enterprise clients
- Document IT incidents and update knowledge base
- Assist with cybersecurity audits and vulnerability assessments
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless handovers
- Participate in cross-departmental tech projects
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, IT, or related program
- Availability for consistent night shifts (minimum 20 hrs/week)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux systems and networking
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or Security+ certification preferred
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site calls
